Return Policy

Rookies HQ Games & Cards wants 100% customer satisfaction.  We accept full returns in most cases.  If you do not want your item or ordered it accidentally, we will issue a refund upon return of the merchandise for the cost of item (excluding shipping).  

Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped and not tampered with or opened.

If the item is damaged in transit, then contact us immediately and we can arrange an exchange or another one to be shipped out to you.  If the item is damaged, you may need to hold onto the shipping box for inspection by UPS or FEDEX.
