Snap caps are cool but could be cooler Sep 12, 2009

They work for keeping bugs and water out while paddling. They do tend to leak a little. The caps can't be tightened securely enough for my preference.
A couple upgrades the company should consider: latch ring on the cap so it can't be lost at sea, and a secondary wider level so that it could accomodate "king" cans as well as smaller 12oz.cans.
