Defiantly a Product For Flash Fans Sep 03, 2011 By KHlover92
This figure is defiantly a must have for any Flash fan, especially the Jay Garrick Flash! I was looking for a piece of Golden Age Flash memorabilia that captured the character from the comics. When I stumbled upon this figure, I knew I needed to get it! The costume is spot on to the comic book version (even though there is not much to the costume). The head sculpt is done quite well with a sold paint job. The details and folds in the hair are nice and give realism to the character (as good as DC Direct is capable of). He does not bring many accessories; only a pair of interchangeable hands apart from those he comes with and his helmet. The only complain I have for this figure is the body sculpt. I personally feel the body type used is a bit too bulky for Flash (he appears to be as big as Superman!). Others may complain about his costume which is tight and may reduce his poseability, but I would do not find it much of an issue as long as caustion is taken. Like many DC Direct 13" Deluxe Collectible Figures, he is not really for small children (under 10) considering the price. If you want a great deal with this item defiantly purchase him here because he is going for as much as $100+ at other venues.
