My 3 year old and I were very disappointed when we bought this the other day. I thought it was an inexpensive set of mini figures. Basically, they're Lego knock-offs which means they fall apart as soon as you touch them. Even though they're small figures, about 2" tall, they have a LOT of pieces. The hands, arms and feet all fall off constantly. With more aggressive play, you can remove the head, too. Not sure about the legs. My son likes the toy, bought since it's constantly falling apart, he spends most of his time looking for the pieces that fell off and then asking me to put them back together. I'm definitely regretting buying this, that's for sure. But I guess if your family is into Lego and used to this sort of thing, then this toy is just as good as any other Lego figure.
