No way to tell it's a real first release box. Dec 16, 2009 By C. Massi "CMASS"
I bought this after finding out about Wizards of the Coast inserting old rares into random first edition boxes. I figured, after ordering, that there would be some way to tell that this was a TRUE first edition box. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell. There are other sellers on here that offer the same box, without claiming that it is a first release box, and they are selling it cheaper. I'm also not a fan of the fact that I paid $125 for this box when others were selling one that wasn't labeled first release....and now this is $20 cheaper and still as much in demand...go figure. Buy from someone else.
