Shadowmoor Booster Box Review Jul 13, 2008
The new set from Wizards of the Coast offers a mirror view on the previous 2 sets: previous sets' heroes become dangerous people here. Hybrid mana is back as in Ravnica. Five color combinations are being used: WU, UB, BR, RG and GW. Remaining combinations will be in the next set. As new mechanics we have Conspire (spell becoms copiable after tapping 2 untapped creatures we control sharing a color with the spell), Wither (damage is dealt to creatures using -1/-1 counters) and Persist (if the creature goes to a graveyard without any -1/-1 counter on it, return to play with a -1/-1 counter on it). Wonderfull set to play with more than 2 colors.
