Twilight White Booster May 06, 2009

Just as with all the other booster decks of the Killer Bunnies QftMC game, this Twilight White adds yet another set of great cards both useful and amusing. The extra pawns--one black, one white--are a welcome addition to the game, as well as the solid white dodecagon (twelve-sided) die.
I rated the educational value as a 3/5 because, though this is a simple card game that virtually anyone with little to knowledge (not trying to be crass) can play, so long as the rules are explained well enough, many of the cards contain tons of literary and cultural references that'll make people think "Hmm... I wonder what this reference is." Hopefully, then, it'll have players look up the reference...and learn something new!
The quality of the cards has declined over the years, but they are still durable.
All in all, if you want to complete the QftMC set, you have to buy this booster, just as with the other boosters.
Note, however, that it's best--if not necessary--to buy individual decks in order (check the website for the correct order) and to have at least one game utilizing each deck before the next to fully appreciate the game. Otherwise, you'll have too many cards and pieces and will be frustrated at having to learn so much at once.

I love Killer Bunnies. We have been playing for a couple of times a week for the last 3 months. This expansion to the set seems to have a number of nasty cards that can wipe out your bunnies. But it is also getting easier to get triple bunnies!
The addition of the black and white pawn add some interesting dynamics. Having the black pawn now helps against level 12 weapons!
The White stuff. Is also a fun addition; however getting to use it relies on getting ONE card of 440 cards. I was lucky to get it one game and it did help!
Shockwave, random rotation, 50/50 weapons (no defense), psychic waves, and O.R.P are devastating cards! getting hit by one of these can ruin your day!!!

Love this game. My college buddies and I play this game for entertainment, and this was another great addition to the whole set. Only wish they included a card shuffler.

This game has turned out to be a family favorite. The first time you play, it takes a bit to get the hang of it. After that, each of the booster decks just makes it that much more fun.

Thanks for the great game, my brother loves the game and I will get him the whole set. The game is so great for whole family, and good wholesome fun.
