The picture shows 3 plastic tabs for resting the ball on. The cubes did not come with these, instead had a piece of paper in the bottom with a circle cut out to rest the ball on. It looks trashy. Only reason I gave it two stars is because it does protect the ball. I won't buy these again. You need to display the correct picture.

I contacted Amazon, they were extremely helpful and responded within an hour. Please see response below:

"I'm so sorry about the problem you had with your ''BallQube Grandstand Baseball Holder''. I've checked your order and see it was placed with Wowzzer, a seller on our website. Because Wowzzer's inventory is constantly changing, we can't replace items sold by them that are Fulfilled by Amazon. Instead, I've requested a refund, since your item was not as you expected."

I bumped it from 2 to 3 stars because Amazon Customer Service was so great.

I ordered three of these cubes for my son's baseballs. The plastic is thick and sturdy and appears to be very durable. I like that they are stackable, with grooves that assist in keeping them together. The only negative to this product was figuring out how to open them! They came without any instructions, and eventually we figured out that one side slides out in order to insert the item.

I bought two of these so my son could proudly display the game balls he'd been awarded in Little League.

The units are solidly built, trivial to put together with the ball, and do the job very nicely. The acrylic sides seem more resistant to scratching than other types of plastic are, so I'd recommend them.

Just know that they aren't very tall, i.e., the baseball only sits 1/4" above the floor of the cube, so they don't create a big trophy, just a case for the ball. There's no place, for example, for a plaque or other kind of inscription anywhere. Not a problem for us.

I'll keep this short and simple. This is an inexpensive product that does exactly as advertised. Mine had the clear plastic pegs to hold the ball in place. Simple design and clean look. If you are just looking to spiffy up your desk or room with a nice displayed ball, this is perfect.

This case is awesome for the ball my daughter caught at a recent baseball game. She was able to get it signed by a pro player and we used this case to keep it nice and to display it. This is a very durable made case that was only about $5 or more to purchase it. It is awesome and I highly recommend it!!
