Fun gift for quirky adults Sep 16, 2011
By NH I bought this as a gift for my 24-year-old man-friend who lives far away and has to get his tonsils out soon. He thought it was quite funny and really enjoyed it. These things make a great gift for adults when you don't want to just send a "get well soon" card and want to make a bit more of a light-hearted gesture. It helps if that adult also has a sense of humor, of course.

By T. Orth I was a little disappointed in this giant microbe because I already have the flesh eating bacteria microbe, and this one is the same except without the embroidered fork and knife. I guess it is scientifically accurate though.
