198% plastic junk  Sep 27, 2008 By Wood Creation's "LG"
This item is not as described. It is 98% plastic. Is described as "primarily die cast metal". I agree the detail is good and the chamber & trigger mechanism nice but was expecting at least 50% die cast metal. If you want this replica and don't mind it being plastic you will like it. If expected the discription then you will be disappointed like me.

5Replica Vincent Valentine Cerberus pistol  Jan 29, 2008 By Laura Havash "twilightlebeau"
Its a lot smaller than I imagined! But still around 4-5 inches long, it has great detail. The chamber opens and you can examine the detail. The bullet chambers turn, and you can work the hammer. The trigger also articulates. It comes with a clear plastic stand which looks reasonably good. A nice piece! Fragile, for display only.

1Not the same at all...  Feb 15, 2011 By Z The S
Sadly, friends, this one is not the same as the one offered by Square Enix at a lower price. The Square Enix model does contain die cast metal (along with some plastic). The Square Enix model is roughly the same size (5.9 inches). Also it is not discontinued by the manufacturer, in fact you can still buy it at the Square Enix store.

44/5  Sep 15, 2010 By Darian Campbell
Though I absolutely adore the nice design and am a very big fan of FF, I am disappointed by the size. I had assumed it would be life-size, however, it is about the size of my hand. I do enjoy it quite a bit, especially the fact that you can open it up to see the barrels. Overall, not bad, but could have been bigger.
